  • HOBOKEN 14th ST - TUESDAY, August 19th

    In preparation for the terminal move, we will have to halt operations between 10 AM and 3:30 PM, Tuesday, August 19th. 

    We will be providing FREE Shuttle service between Hoboken 14th St. and Lincoln Harbor until operations resume.

     

    All Hoboken 14th St. to Midtown W. 39th St. tickets will be honored at Lincoln Harbor.

  • Hoboken 14th St. Terminal Move

    Hoboken 14th St. Terminal

     

     

    In an effort to improve our facilities, NY Waterway’s Hoboken 14th St. Terminal will be moving one pier north.

     

    In order to prepare for this improvement, we are forced to cut power to the terminal on or about Friday, August 15th. As a result, during the move, and until completed, you will not be able to use the ticket machine.

     

    NY Waterway will have a ticket agent on hand selling (1) one-way tickets for cash only.  Please plan accordingly

     

    ALL RETURN TICKETS/TEN TRIPS AND MONTHLY PASSES MUST BE BOUGHT AT EITHER

    MIDTOWN W. 39th St. OR WFC!

    Effective Tuesday, July 1, 2008, NY Waterway will be making the following changes to the Belford schedule:

     

    PM From WFC:
    The 6:15 PM departure will be cancelled and a 6:00 PM departure will be implemented.

     

    PM From Pier 11:
    The 6:00 PM and 6:30 PM will be combined into a 6:15 PM departure

     

    Therefore, the revised AM/PM schedule will be as follows:

    5:45 AM - Finest
    6:30 AM - Bravest
    6:45 AM - CANCELLED
    7:00 AM - Roe
    7:30 AM - Finest
    8:00 AM - Bravest

    Every FRIDAY beginning MAY 23 (Memorial Day Weekend) including AUGUST 29 (Labor Day Weekend), there will be an early boat departing from World Financial Center at 1:10 PM and from Pier 11/Wall St. at 1:20 PM!

    Ten-trip - Valid for 60 days

    Forty-trip - Valid for 90 days

    Monthly pass - Valid for the calendar month printed on face of ticket

  • Service Improvement!

    In an effort to improve services to individuals with disabilities, NY Waterway has made Pier 11 more accessible and has added improvement on board our vessels.  The following is a list of items which have been implemented:

     

    • All NY Waterway crew members have been trained by the United Spinal Association in assisting and helping persons with disabilities.
    • All non compliant NY Waterway steps and gangways have been removed from Pier 11.
    • Portable compliant ramps have been placed on Pier 11.
    • Emergency portable gangplanks have been added to each vessel in the event the Pier gangways or portable gangways are not accessible.
    • All vessels have been equipped with wheel chair tie downs in the event an individual would like to be secured on board the vessel.
    • Signage has been added on board the vessels.

     

    In the event assistance is required or wanted please feel free to ask a crew member.  We would like to thank you for your continued patronage.
