Between January 1, 2012 and December 31, 2012, NY Waterway will be awarding many different prizes. There is no purchase required to enter a contest.
Ferry tickets are good for use anytime on any Hudson River ferry routes. Restrictions may apply to the prize tickets.
Prizes cannot be redeemed for cash and carry no actual cash value.
Limit is one entry per person. You can only win once in a 30 day period.
Prizes may require pick-up at Port Imperial or at the will-call window of the prize. In some cases prizes may be mailed.
The odds of winning are based on the number of entries received.
Prize winners will be drawn at random.
All employees, partners, vendors and subcontractors of NY Waterway are not eligible and should not enter.
Email, phone and address are required to help us notify winners. We do not sell that information.
Must be 18 years of age to participate and win.
By entering you agree to allow NY Waterway and its ad agency or PR firm use your name or picture on the website, in social media or in a press release or other use without compensation other that the prize awarded.
NY Waterway reserves the right to change the terms and conditions as outlined herein, including prize award dates and notifications. NY Waterway reserves the right to cancel the contest at any time for low participation or other reasons.
