Special $3 Ferry Tickets for Hoboken PATH Customers

NY Waterway Ferry is increasing its service and offering special discounted $3 tickets to help PATH customers during the Hoboken PATH Station closure. Every PATH customer must have this $3 ticket to ride the ferry.

Fast, Reliable & Comfortable Ferries

 

  • Special $3 one-way ticket valid for Hoboken NJT Terminal & Hoboken 14th St. to all 3 Manhattan terminals (Midtown, Brookfield Place and Pier 11/Wall St.) for PATH customers.
  • $3 tickets can only be purchased on the NYW App and at NYW Ticket Counters (Not available at NYW Ticket Vending Machines (TVM) or onboard).
  • At boarding, customers must show PATH fare card payment mechanism – a SmartLink Card, MetroCard, PATH Single Ride Ticket or digital pass in the RidePATH app, plus a $3 Special NYW Fare Ticket.
* No additional discounts apply to the $3 Ferry Ticket. No refunds.
Tickets expire February 24 (11:59pm).

  2. Create an account
  3. Select Store To Buy PATH Tickets
  4. Select Origin & Dest Terminals that start with PATH
  5. Enter Quantity, Add To Cart & Checkout
  6. Enter or Select Payment Type
  7. Buy $3 PATH-Ferry ticket
 

Use a $3 Paper Ticket

  2. Purchase special PATH-Ferry ticket

  • Mon - Thu 6:30am - 9:45pm (every 15 min)
  • Fri 6:30am - 11:45pm (every 15 min)
  • Sat - 10am - 8pm (every 15 min)
  • - 8pm - Midnight (every 30 min)
  • Sun - 10am - 7:15pm (every 15 min)

from Hoboken 14th St Pier

  • Weekdays 6:20am - 10pm
  • Weekends 10am - Midnight
Travel to Brookfield Place

from Hoboken NJT Terminal

  • Weekdays 6:00am - 9:00pm (every 8-10 mins peak, 20 mins off-peak)
  • Weekends 10am - 7:50pm (every 30 mins)

from Hoboken 14th St Pier

  • Peak Weekday Service 6:28am - 9:48am and 4:10pm - 6:50pm
    • (25 - 40 mins peak service only)
  • No Weekend Service to Downtown
Travel to Pier 11/Wall St.

from Hoboken NJT Terminal

  • Weekday Service every 6:20am - 9:50am - 3:25pm - 6:55pm (every 35 mins peak, no off-peak service)
  • No Weekend Service

from Hoboken 14th St Pier

  • Peak Weekday Service 6:28am - 9:48am and 4:10pm - 6:50pm
    • (18 - 20 mins peak service only)

Shuttle Buses

  • NY Waterway branded buses are available to & from W39th St - Midtown Terminal (12th Ave)
  • Just walk on the bus, no ticket required
  • Bus routes: W57th, W50th, W42nd, W34th
  • Midtown Buses returning to Midtown Terminal can be waved down from any NY bus stop (Buses can only stop at a designated city bus stop)
  • New Downtown Bus runs along 12th Ave – West St, and ONLY stops at Google 16th St. (Pier 57); Google W. Houston St., & Citi Headquarters Greenwich & N. Moore St. (Bus only stops at these 3 designated locations)
