The Imbible

TWO great shows to choose from!

The Imbible: A Spirited History of Drinking

The Imbible: A Spirited History of Drinking sweeps audiences along a 10,000-year journey through history and across the globe accompanied by three complimentary craft cocktails! World-renowned mixologist and raconteur, Anthony Caporale, pours through beverage history, the science of alcohol, and its economic and political impact on our cultural development, all while brewing beer, distilling spirits, and singing with The Backwaiters acapella group! Presented in its entirety in a bar, A Spirited History of Drinking treats audiences to a completely original and thoroughly enjoyable evening of immersive theatre utterly unlike anything they’ve ever experienced! Guests leave educated, entertained, and buzzing with spirit.

The Imbible: Day Drinking

The Imbible: Day Drinking is the epitome of the quintessential New York brunch with three complimentary cocktails! In this brunch-theatre immersive experience, audiences join four friends as they carve out time together for brunching, day drinking, and singing! While battling today's over-scheduled and always-connected world, they learn the stories of well-known brunch drinks and the tradition of brunching, while learning to appreciate the value of making time to break bread and sip drinks with good friends. Day Drinking includes a complimentary continental bunch with a create-your-own Bloody Mary Bar! Guests leave educated, entertained, and buzzed for the rest of the afternoon.
